President and CEO
Larry R. Pettit, CPA, CITP, CGMA

Mr. Pettit is the creator Carillon® ERP and founder Carillon Financials Corporation.  Mr. Pettit has extensive experience in the accounting industry dating back to 1976 and in the information technology consulting industry dating back to 1978. His previous positions include Senior Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. and Senior Manager in the IT Division of KPMG Peat Marwick. He has also held various management positions in an international distribution company and a manufacturing company. During his time in these various positions Mr. Pettit saw time and time again the shortcomings and laborious processes inherent in ERP systems. Keeping these and the mistakes various ERP companies had made over the years, he began to develop Carillon® ERP. His goal was to create a comprehensive, easy to understand and use, and easily enhanceable but upgradable system.

Mr. Pettit graduated from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is an
active member of the AICPA and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a certified Microsoft Small Business Specialist and an AICPA Certified Information Technology Professional.

Additionally, Mr. Pettit is the managing shareholder of Pettit & Company, P.C., which is a member of the Center for Public Company Audit Firms, the AICPA, and Texas Society of CPAs.

Senior Manager
Mary Casteel

Ms. Casteel has been with Carillon since the beginning of Carillon 22 years ago. She has been an integral part in designing, supporting, implementing, and managing Carillon® ERP.

Ms. Casteel graduated from The University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She has extensive knowledge in client/server-based systems.  In addition to Carillon® ERP, she has helped design and develop a Claims Administration System for an insurance corporation and a POS System for a retail corporation.
