Sales order processing consists
of the following steps which can be performed in any order,
are optional and/or performed automatically by the Carillon
system. Carillon automates this process as much as
possible for you through tight integration of Carillon's
order entry window with the CRM system, purchasing system
and the production order system:

customers, unlimited ship-to's per customer and unlimited
contacts (people) at each ship-to and customer location;

discussions and other activities with new and existing
contacts/customers in Carillon's fully integrated Contact
